Mindfulness for Wellbeing offers a range of mindfulness-based course options
for individuals, schools, businesses and groups.

MBSR Courses

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course is a good way to learn relaxation skills and combat stress and anxiety.

The benefits of the MBSR course are well-researched. People who've taken part in my course say that it has decreased their anxiety, improved their quality of sleep, helped to reduce stress, assisted with pain, and given them a new sense of wellbeing in their life.

The MBSR course has given me the skills to observe my thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. It has made me more aware of the need to be living in the moment and awakening to experience, the here and now, and not ruminating in the past or future.  I am able to observe others with curiosity.  It has heightened my compassion.  In times of stress or pain, I utilize breathing to regulate my emotional response, and this has been enormously helpful.

Retreat Days
