I’m aware of how much stress and anxiety that people are experiencing right now because of COVID-19 so will be offering an online MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) programme starting in May.
This will be a small, online, group course.
The course will last for 8 weeks with 2 hours each week.
